I'm picky about my dips. And, when it comes to salsa, I'm extremely neurotic. It is hard to ruin a French onion dip. Open seasoning packet. Mix with sour cream. Voila.... Done. Not so with salsa.
When I was a young lad I was not a fan of the avocado by itself. But the magical dip known as guacamole? I couldn't get enough of it. If I ran out of chips I'd resort to a spoon (and, sometimes still do).
